How do I register for the TIC-MS 2022?
 
  1. Visit the conference website https://tic.poltektegal.ac.id to find detailed information about the conference, including important dates, submission system, and seminar fee. 
  2. Fill in the form of registration. Please complete ALL FIELDS correctly then click the SUBMIT button. Your account, password, and personal details will be sent to your email.
  3. Check your email regularly as information will be provided ONLY by email.
  4. Log in to your TIC-MS 2022 account to submit manuscript, payment proof, and paper and to download LoA/LoI/payment confirmation receipt.
  5. Upon your submission, you will be notified for rejection or acceptance through your account.
 
 
How do I submit manuscript (abstract and full paper)?
 
  1. Log in to TIC-MS 2022 through the system available in our website by using your account and password to officially submit the manuscript.
  2. Submit the abstract through the submission system before November 14, 2021.
  3. Upload your payment proof only after the status of your abstract is "Accepted".
  4. Submit your full paper through the submission system before December 14, 2021.
  5. Check the status of your submission regularly by logging in to your account.
 
 
What is the word count for manuscript submission?
 
  1. 150-250 words for abstract (excluding title).
  2. 4-6 pages for the full paper.

How do I submit a video of presentation?
 
  1. Log in to TIC-MS 2022 through the system available in our website by using your account and password to officially submitting video of presentation recording. See the guidelines below.
  2. Submit the video to the submission system before December 22, 2021.
  3. Check the status of your submission regularly by logging in to your account.
 
 
Guidelines for video presentation recording
 
Language
The official language of the conference is English.
All presentation including discussion and submissions should be in English.
Instruction for video of presentation
As an online virtual conference, all presentations will be pre-recorded by the presenter and upload to the submission system and YouTube.
All presenters have maximum 10 minutes for presentation (max. 10 slides), including 2-3 minutes for Question and Answer session.
 
 
OTHERS
A. I submitted my paper to a journal for publication (or to another conference for presentation). Can I still submit to TIC-MS 2022?
Yes, as long as the paper has not been previously published or presented before the TIC-MS 2022 Conference. If you find out after submitting to TIC-MS 2022 that your paper has been accepted for publication or presentation at another conference, you can still present at TIC-MS 2022 as long as the publication or presentation date occurs after the TIC-MS 2022 Conference seminar. If it is before, you should withdraw the submission from TIC-MS 2022.
B. When will I know if my submission has been accepted?
We work on going through your manuscript or video of presentation between 5 to 7 days.
C. What are the important dates for the TIC-MS 2022?
  • November 7, 2021 : abstract submission deadline.
  • November 15, 2021 : Notification of abstract acceptance.
  • December 14, 2021 : Full Paper submission deadline.
  • December 15, 2021 : Payment deadline.
  • December 22, 2021 : Video of presentation submission deadline.
  • January 26, 2022 : Conference Day
